前半は本島南部の細かいアップダウンを快調に走る。
東浜から国道329を北上、平安座島のぬちまーす工場へ。
海中道路でいつも走っている外国人の集団に混ざった。ちょっとトレインに入り引いてもらって楽したり。
しかし海中道路を越えてから完全に足が売り切れ。きついきついと連発しながら、なんとか帰り40kmを走った。高ケイデンスを意識していたが、後半はそれどころじゃなかったです。
