沼田から、幌加内、添牛内と回って、達布、ほろしん温泉をへて周回しました。後半はずっと厳しい向かい風。最後はロードとは思えないひどい速度です。途中電池切れでログが途切れました。

長年つきあったクロモリのロードがいよいよ部品切れとなってきたので遂にカーボンフレームを導入しました。フレームのおかげなのか疲れが少なくなった印象です。登りもワイドなギアの関係で随分楽になりました。
