少し寒いけどよく晴れて風も弱めな、絶好の自転車日和。
友人と久しぶりに外を走った。
やっぱ自転車はローラーより実走が楽しい！
今日は下ハンドルがブラケット握っている時間より多かった。
三本ローラーに乗りなれてきたせいか、姿勢も前傾取れるようになっているし、肩も凝らない。体幹が出来てきたのも理由だろうし、ローラーでバランス感覚というか、自転車を身体の支配下に置く感覚が出来てきたのだと思う。
