今年の夏のロング

前半は好調
中盤から後半にかけて膝痛が出てペースダウン
涼しい高原から八王子あたりまで下ると35℃の猛暑に悩まされた

まぁそれでも距離、標高差は満足
暫くは通勤やポタでちょろちょろ走るだけでいいかな

クロスウィナー

シャキッとした走りが気持ちいいシクロクロス レースではなくツーリングバイクとして使うので ロードと同じトップチューブ長でステムは若干短め アスファルトからシングルトラックまで 路面を選ばない頼もしい奴
