alfineのオイル交換に行きました。
走りやすいルートで行けた。
ネット見て価格が安かったのでavelo Bicycle shopさんにお世話になった。店主さんもよい方でいろいろ教えてくれました。

alfineオイルキット・オイル合わせて約2万を1.8kでやってくれたので助かりました。てかシマノぼりすぎ～ｗ

画像はサンプルです。後々上げます。 上りが苦手なので走るルートは坂道を避けて走っています。 しかし山などの登坂は好きです。 ルートの選定はRouteLabとGoogleEarth地形データを使い、フロントバックのPSPmaplusに出力して走っています。 The route which runs since he is poor at going up is avoiding　and running the slope.
