今日はサドルを下げた状態で実走。
やはり回しやすいのとお尻が楽。
さらにお尻を楽にするため、下り坂や平坦でダンシングする。
ビオスの上りでもダンシング。時速1km速くなったが息が上がり上半身の疲れも出るので、上りのダンシングは使いどころを考えないとダメだと思った。
最後のハートライフの上りはヘバっていました。
