気温11度　体感温度6度　晴れ
コンディションは風邪のやみあがりや、今週の筋力トレーニング不足ということもあり、やや不調
スプリント6本の練習の最大瞬間スピード54.5km/hと最悪の結果だった。
基礎体力や筋力がまだまだ不足している事が浮き彫りになり、半ば気力が低下しているが、来週からまた追い込むとする。
