今日は昼に体幹トレと50分ジョギングをした。
昨日新しいクリートにして今日漕いでみるとなぜかブレる。
右足のつま先の向きが少し内側になってるようで、修正。
サドルも中間よりやや後ろくらいに。
するとまあ、いつもどおりになったけど、最初は無理せずゆっくり回す。
前半抑えていたせいか、後半は脚を脱力させつつ調子よく高回転で回せた。
終了後に左足のクリートの向きも少し外側にした。
