神恵内で有名な寿司店によって鋭気を養った後、オスコイ神恵内（道の駅）まで往復して、あとは国富、稲穂峠経由でスタート地点に戻る一周コースでした。ゴールに着いて前輪がパンクしている事に気付きました。ピンホールは怖いです。

長年つきあったクロモリのロードがいよいよ部品切れとなってきたので遂にカーボンフレームを導入しました。フレームのおかげなのか疲れが少なくなった印象です。登りもワイドなギアの関係で随分楽になりました。
