コンスタントに4分30秒切れるようになってきた。
多摩サイは150bpmくらい。
2、3日に1回休んだ方が速くなる気がする。

東京都狛江市でロード系のショップやってます。 http://www.cogs.jp/ ヒルクライムレースの年齢別でなんとか入賞を狙うレベルですが、 INOUで楽しく練習日記を付けています。 1日1～2時間しか走れませんので、東京都多摩市、稲城市辺りで 効率の良いコースを日々探し中です。
