初日、延岡から高千穂まで自走したのだが、軌跡の記録を忘れていたため、INOUはただの自動撮影機になってしまった。
2日目、タクシーで高森峠を超えた辺りで降り(ちょうど小公園あり)、高森まで一気に下り田んぼの真中で阿蘇の四周の雄大な眺めを得てから、高森湧水トンネル公園に入った。
