今日はアウター×15Tで回す。
だいたい94rpmくらいで、維持するのが結構キツかった。
骨盤を立てて後ろ乗りにするとお尻が跳ねにくくケイデンスを上げやすい。
骨盤を自然に寝かせて前傾を取ると自転車の重心が安定する感じ。
BGMは昨日と同じく新居昭乃「空の歌」。サテライトソングがいいね。
