ホテルニュー淡路を過ぎたあたりからFディレーラの調子が悪く、微調整するも改善することはなく、残り半分を帰れるか不安になったが、淡路島において超えなければならない坂は大方終わっていたことから、上手くFディレーラを活用することで、問題を回避することができた。この作業でだいぶ時間をロスすることになった。このライドが一番問題が発生したライドになり、ある意味記憶残るライドとなった。
