今回からクリートを一番後ろにして、サドルを下げた。
ふくらはぎを緊張から解き放つためと体幹や臀筋を使うためだ。
あとケイデンスや速度を気にせず、30分走ることだけ考えることにした。
まずはローラーをちゃんと続ける習慣を作ろう。
